History
LOOP3D™ began its journey via its founder, Aaron Bodiya, Ph.D., with a mission to revolutionize 360 feedback by harnessing the power of artificial intelligence and tech enabled software. Leveraging his background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Aaron quickly expanded the technology beyond 360 feedback. LOOP3D™ set the goal of encompassing the critical components that an organization needs to develop and enhance its human capital talent through continuous development planning and feedback. This includes a continuous feedback loop integrated with an A.I. enhanced development planning system which continuously builds upon itself based on the inputs and feedback from employees, hence the meaning of LOOP3D™, or “Looped” as we like to call it.
