If your leaders don't improve in 90 days, you don't pay.
We measure the same behaviors every month, so we can prove improvement. If it doesn't happen, the Sprint is refunded in full.
How the guarantee works
The guarantee applies to the 90-Day Leader Growth Sprint. Each leader picks one focus behavior after their baseline 360. Their raters then answer short monthly pulses on that behavior.
What counts as improvement
The team's average rating on its focus behaviors rises by at least 0.3 points on the 5-point scale between the baseline 360 and the third monthly pulse.
Conditions
- Each leader has at least 6 completed raters in the baseline and in the third pulse.
- Leaders complete their monthly check-ins with the AI coach.
- The baseline and three pulses run within 120 days of kickoff.
How to claim
If the team average doesn't meet the target, reach us through the contact form within 30 days of the third pulse report. We confirm the result from your dashboard and refund the Sprint fee in full. Nothing else to prove.
