Your data never trains AI
Feedback is sent to our AI provider only to generate your reports, under terms that prohibit training on it.
Encrypted and US-hosted
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, and stored in US data centers.
Anonymity by design
A rater group is shown only with 3 or more responses; smaller groups merge into “Others.” Comments are paraphrased by default.
Locked-down access
Database tables are closed to the internet. Every request is checked against a private link or role, and admin actions are logged.
Your data, your call
Export all of your results or request deletion at any time. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
No IT integration needed
No software to install and no HR system access. Raters use a private link; there's no employee directory upload.

Privacy summary
We collect names, work emails and survey responses solely to run 360 feedback for you. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising. Raters' individual answers are never shown to the leader; only combined results and paraphrased comment themes are.
Terms summary
